Returns & Refund
What is Soul Sweet's Return and Refund Policy?
Soul Sweet only accepts returns of unworn and un-used merchandise which has defects or has been delivered wrongly to the recipient. Please send us an email to request for the return of product within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your order to us using courier services provider like SF Express and levy the courier cost to the recipient.
By sending your item to us via post, please fill out the Return Form (click here to print the Return Form), place the form and the items you wish to return in the original parcel and send the parcel back to us.
Returns must be accompanied by the completed returns form, all packaging, hang-tags attached and any related accessories and instruction booklets. Merchandise must be unworn, un-used and in a resalable condition. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
The parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, please mail the return parcel with care.
Once your return is checked by us, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued.
If the return request is received after the 7-day period, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please retain the proof of postage, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you have mailed the parcel.
How will I be refunded?
If you pay by credit cards via paypal, refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If you transfer the money to our bank account, we will bank in the refund to the account that you have transferred the money to us.
Can I exchange an item for another size, style or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange of merchandise because of discrepancy of color, style or size of website picture and real product. We are not able to process exchanges if you ship the merchandise back to us. Please place a new order for the style and color you want.
What is your policy on damaged items?
If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately by sending an email with pictures of the items attached to email@example.com. As soon as the item is received a full refund will be issued or a new product will be shipped to you.
